The BT-3020-X insertion thermal mass flow meter uses a dual platinum wire wound sensor enclosed in an SS316 sheath, ensuring accurate gas flow measurement. Its advanced sensor design features two platinum coils that work as heating and temperature-sensing elements for high accuracy.
It comes in integrated and remote transmitter versions with a graphical LCD showing temperature, velocity (nm/s), cumulative values, and real-time flow. Connectivity options include 4–20 mA HART, RS485, and pulse outputs. A flameproof enclosure and dual power inputs (24 VDC / 230 VAC) ensure safe operation in hazardous environments.
The meter includes an integrated diagnostic system for continuous performance monitoring. Its insertion design allows easy installation with 3/4” or 1” NPT compression fittings and supports pipe sizes from 2” to 80” with different probe lengths. With no moving parts, it offers long life and simple maintenance.
The BT-3020-X is suitable for clean gases like air, natural gas, LPG, biogas, and flare gases, making it ideal for precise industrial gas monitoring.
