316L Stainless Steel Sheets

Stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant steel alloy that contains a minimum of 10% chromium, forming a protective metal oxide layer on its surface. One popular grade is stainless steel 316, composed of 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and a small amount of carbon. The addition of molybdenum enhances its corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments.
